What to expect

We aim to reply within two working days. Little Years is a small independent shop in Edinburgh, so you will get a person rather than a call centre.

Returns

Please message us before sending anything back, so we can confirm the return address and know to expect your parcel. If you are returning from outside the UK, international postage can cost more than the item — ask us first.

UK and EEA customers have 14 days from receiving the order to change their mind, and we offer the same as a shop policy for other countries we ship to. There are separate rights if an item arrives faulty or not as described. Both are set out in full on our Delivery & Returns page.
