Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only.
Delivery cost is shown at checkout. Some orders qualify for free UK standard delivery.
We deliver within 30 days at the latest, and normally much sooner. The estimate for each item is on its product page.
Some items are sent directly by our suppliers, including suppliers outside the UK, so they can take longer than a UK parcel. We would rather say so up front.
Where an item comes from outside the UK, we pay any import duty and tax. You will never be asked for extra money on delivery.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you can cancel and we refund you in full.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, for any reason, and you do not have to give one.
This applies to everything we sell, sale items included.
Email us to cancel, then send the item back within 14 days.
You pay return postage when you have simply changed your mind.
We refund within 14 days of the item reaching us, or of you proving you posted it — including the standard delivery you originally paid.
If return postage would cost more than the item, email us first. We will often just refund you and tell you to keep it.

Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund.
Email us with a photo and we will usually sort it without you posting anything back.
